The conciliar church is a new church and a new religion. As Bishop Tissier showed in his treatise (suppressed by the “new” SSPX and published by the Dominicans of AvrillĂ©), the conciliar church is a separate church but has the same pope and many other leaders in common with the Catholic Church, of which they are simultaneously the leaders. Id.
When the pope teaches the uncompromising Traditional Catholic Church’s truth, he is teaching as a Catholic pope (for, we must remember, he is the pope of the Catholic Church). But when the pope teaches conciliar error, he teaches as a leader of the false conciliar church (of which he is also a leader). Id.
More generally, the leaders and followers who identify themselves as Catholic, can do Traditional Catholic things (e.g., recite the rosary) and thus they do them as Catholics. Those same persons can do conciliar things (e.g., attend the new mass and receive communion in the hand) and these are done as part of the conciliar church.
Again, the conciliar church is a false religion and is a false church (Id.), like the heretical Anglican religion and other false religions. But a person might believe (superficially or confusedly) that there is some good in the conciliar church or other false churches. This belief is false and is the conciliar error of ecumenism.1
The belief that there is any good in any false religion (including the false conciliar religion), was condemned by Pope Pius XI:
[It is a] false opinion which considers all religions to be more or less good and praiseworthy, since they all in different ways manifest and signify that sense which is inborn in us all, and by which we are led to God and to the obedient acknowledgement of His rule. Not only are those who hold this opinion in error and deceived, but also in distorting the idea of true religion they reject it, and little by little, turn aside to naturalism and atheism, as it is called; from which it clearly follows that one who supports those who hold these theories and attempt to realize them, is altogether abandoning the divinely revealed religion.
Mortalium Animos, §2 (emphasis added).
A prayer, e.g., the Our Father, in the uncompromising Traditional Catholic Mass (in other words, in the uncompromising Traditional Catholic Church), pleases God. But that same prayer in the new conciliar religion or the heretical Anglican religion, greatly offends God because it is recited in a false religion which is against Christ and His true Catholic Church.
The
Council of Carthage teaches that the psalms and other prayers of
heretics are not good: None
must either pray or sing psalms with heretics; and whosoever shall
communicate with those who are cut off from the communion of the
Church, whether clergyman or laic [i.e., layman],
let him be excommunicated

All graces which God gives to persons outside the true Traditional Catholic Church, are given without any merits of those persons, in order to bring them into the Catholic Church, to live the Catholic life and live it abundantly. Summa, Ia IIae, Q.109, a.2, & Q.114, a.5.
Of course, persons outside the Catholic Church can receive benefit from the good works done by Catholics and offered up for them, just as the souls in Purgatory and just as the pagans (and everyone else) can benefit from the good works of Catholics.
St. Augustine explains that even the Catholic Sacraments, as well as prayers, do no good in a false church:
For all the sacraments of Christ, if not combined with the Charity which belongs to the unity of Christ [i.e., the unity of the Catholic Church], are possessed not unto salvation, but unto judgment.3
St. Augustine teaches further:
So, in the points in which schismatics and heretics neither entertain different opinions nor observe different practice from ourselves, we do not correct them when they join us, but ... these things do them no good so long as they are schismatics or heretics, on account of other points in which they differ from us, not to mention the most grievous sin that is involved in separation itself.4
St.
Jerome, Doctor of the Church, teaches that the
Holy Eucharist gives no help to those outside the true Catholic
Church
because the
Catholic Church is where
alone the paschal Lamb can be rightly eaten
.
St.
Jerome, Epistle 15
ad Damasum.
To the extent that the conciliar church or any other heretical religion has valid priests, valid bishops, or validly consecrated Hosts, this simply means they offend God more gravely, since their sacrileges are thus valid sacrileges. That is, any sects offend God more greatly, if they have real bishops and priests who preach their evil doctrine or conduct their offensive ceremonies. Likewise, to the extent that sects have validly consecrated Hosts, those sects are objectively more culpable because they bring God down into a place of heresy and sacrilege, which is objectively the enemy camp, set in battle-array against Christ and His true Catholic Church.
There is no good in any false religion because it is a false religion. Even good things in the Catholic religion are not good in false religions. Because the conciliar church is a false religion, it has nothing good in it.
